Back pain

If you sleep on a sagging mattress, it can increase a lower back pain condition or be the cause of it. Lack of back support from the sagging mattress only reinforces poor sleeping posture, strains muscles and does not keep the spine in alignment, all of which can contribute to lower back pain symptoms.

You sacrifice sleep comfort if your mattress doesn't match your individual preferences. A mattress that provides a good back support helps to reduce low back pain and allows the structures in the spine to rest properly, but it must also be comfortable to your individual needs.

There is no single mattress style or type that works for all people with lower back pain. However, any mattress that helps an individual sleep without pain and stiffness is the best mattress for that person. Patients with lower back pain should obviously choose a mattress that meets their support and comfort requirements.

If your mattress begins to sag, the specially designed Zzz Board is the only product available, that will bring your mattress back to the support needed to get a good night’s sleep.
